Roof Eave Color Aluminum Rainwater Pipe System Installation Plan

Pre-installation Inspection:

1. The roof tiles have been laid and eave coatings applied. Rooftop gutters were installed prior to dismantling the scaffolding, and downspouts were set according to the progress of the exterior wall construction.

Before installation, check the eave wall, ensuring the eave is level and has good strength. The thickness of the cement mortar leveling layer should not exceed 30mm to achieve the tensile force of the plastic expansion bolts after the gutter is fixed.

3. The waterproofing layer should be applied over the leveling layer on the roof before the construction of the waterstop boards. The waterproofing layer must be securely adhered to the surface of the waterstop boards.

4. The eaves should be riveted in the order of the bottom edge followed by the side edges.

Installation Tools:

Sawing aluminum machines, impact drills (8mm), hand drills

1.2 Rivet Gun, Rivet Nuts (3.5mm)

1.3 Adhesive Gun, Neutral Silicone Outdoors Adhesive

1. 4-Long-nose Pliers, Metal Scissors, Ink Line Box

III. Installation Conditions:

The roof tiles and cornice coatings are completed, with the installation of the eaves gutters taking place prior to the dismantling of the scaffolding. Simultaneously, the lower section of the downspout is installed based on the progress of the exterior wall construction.

Once the water shield boards are installed, proceed with the installation of the eaves gutters. Ensure the water shield boards are placed beneath the self-adhesive waterproofing layer.

Roof eaves cement sand mortar leveling layer thickness not exceeding 3cm to achieve plastic expansion screw fixation after eaves trough is secured.
