The PVC downspout system is easy and convenient to install. The entire system utilizes an integrated component assembly, with plug-in connections between components. Additionally, it requires no tools, which can shorten the construction timeline. The mobile rainwater barrel design simplifies and ensures accurate positioning on the gutters.
One: Drainage ditch section:
Level the mast slot at the installation location and draw a line with ink from start to finish.
2. Limit the position of the mast slot with the packaging bag, placing the mast slot on the ground or scaffolding. Then, horizontally install the rain barrel under the eaves, and use a cutting machine to cut a hole that matches the size of the rain spout.
3. Slowly lower the rain barrel into the drainpipe, reaching the discharge position.
Step the brackets onto the gutters, place in order while maintaining a 45cm spacing between adjacent brackets.
Drill holes at 45cm intervals at the marking position using a drill bit (No. 6 drill bit) and insert the expansion tube.
6. Place the eaves trough at the string line, adjust the spacing of the "hanging ears," and secure the eaves trough to the trough using 4x40 stainless steel screws.
7. At the eaves corner, a "connector" is required to join the "positive angle" with the "negative angle." The connection point between the eaves gutters in the PVC downspout system also needs a "connector."
To prevent leakage during eave gutter installation, apply silicone and PVC glue to the corresponding parts such as the locking and clamping devices.
Section II: Square Pipe Segment
Remove the square rainwater pipe from the packaging and place it on the ground or scaffolding.
Ensure a lead weight is suspended at the downspout location, making it perpendicular to the ground. At this perpendicular position, select a good positioning point and maintain a good spacing.
Drill a hole at the designated point and insert the expansion tube.
4. At the downspout location, use a "drainage device" to lead the rainwater pipe inward and vertically downward along the wall. It needs to be secured and the spacing should be maintained. 5. Connect the square pipes using the drainage device and joints, and bond them with PVC glue or silicone sealant.
