The mine wire mesh reinforced pipeline is made with superior materials and advanced production techniques, enhancing its pressure resistance. Additionally, the composite pipe boasts excellent flexibility, making it suitable for long-distance buried water supply and gas transmission pipeline systems. The pipeline fittings used for the wire mesh reinforced polyethylene composite pipe are polyethylene electric fusion fittings. During connection, the internal heating element of the fitting melts the outer plastic layer of the pipe material with the inner plastic layer of the fitting, securely connecting the pipe to the fitting.
Notable Features
Overcame the rapid stress cracking phenomenon in plastic pipes; due to the composite structure of steel and plastic materials, rapid stress that is difficult to overcome in plastic pipes does not occur.
2. Offers superior strength, rigidity, and impact resistance compared to standard plastic pipes, along with characteristics similar to steel pipes such as a low coefficient of linear expansion and resistance to creep.
3. Lightweight, easy to install, with electric heat-fused pipe joints for strong axial tensile resistance; mature and reliable connection technology, a variety of pipe fittings in different specifications
Comprehensive development, compatible with various pipeline and valve equipment connections.
4. Double-sided corrosion resistance, with the same corrosion resistance as plastic pipes, high in operating temperature and corrosion resistance, and low thermal conductivity.
5. Excellent structure; the reinforced frame of the pipe material is integrated with the inner and outer plastic layers, eliminating concerns of peeling between the layers and the reinforcement.
6. Smooth inner wall, non-scaling, with a 30% lower head loss than steel pipes.
7. The piping is designed for a total service life of 50 years.
8. Tubes of various pressure ratings can be manufactured by adjusting the wire diameter and the thickness of the plastic layer.
