1. Application
PE pipes made from materials processed by rotational molding typically are crushed into powdered form. These grades have good fluidity during the molding cycle and are cross-linked to achieve their excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking, toughness, wear resistance, and weather resistance. Higher grades are usually not suitable because they do not possess the desired impact strength and resistance to environmental stress cracking for rotational molding products. To impart high impact and warp resistance, the melt index range is generally 3-8, allowing the material to melt and flow during thermal cycles.
Our rotational molding process utilizes two types of PE materials, namely general-purpose and cross-linkable, with a typical density range of 0.935 to 0.945 g/cc. One advantage of this process is that bottles are automatically de-burred, typically using grades from medium to wide, eliminating the need for post-processing trimming steps as seen in conventional blow molding.

3. Cautionary Notes
To maintain operational performance, we must adhere to the corresponding procedures to prevent errors. During the operation, ensure that the tubes are heated evenly to prevent twisting of the heated sections; at the vertical curve points of the route, ensure there are drainage pipes to prevent water accumulation on the road surface; in the embankment section, to ensure the thickness of the soil covering the pipe, prevent damage to the pipe material, lower the trench bottom by 20 centimeters.
