Customers who have never done partitioning services have been inquiring about our procedures. Today, we're enlightening them on the basic steps involved, so they can skip many stages and directly engage in business negotiations.
[Phone Inquiry] This is a common practice among customers, unless they are referred by someone else or come directly to us. Generally, they would discuss general matters over the phone, such as product introductions, the location of the project, whether there is a design plan, and specific drawings. These are all topics that can be communicated over the phone to build mutual trust.
【On-Site Measurement】Provide a specific address, bring your own product or sample materials, and visit the customer's location to measure the specific project. Assist the customer in designing partition walls that meet the requirements. Then, based on the customer's specifications, conduct an initial estimation. Upon returning, proceed with engineering图纸 design, material selection, and cost assessment, moving to the next step under the customer's approval.
【Developing Plans】Decisions must be made on whether to choose aluminum magnesium alloy or stainless steel glass partitions, the specific duration for construction, whether property permits are required, and the personnel involved, such as welders. Additionally, the adequacy of handling construction challenges and the presence of on-site干扰 factors, and their impact on the construction process, must all be addressed in the detailed plan.
Contract Signing: If both parties have no objections, please carefully read through the contract and begin the signing process. Pay attention to certain details within the contract, such as the construction timeline, product specifications, and the type of raw materials used. Be sure to carefully identify these and, if anything is unclear, promptly ask the contractor for clarification. Once both parties have no disputes, we will proceed to the next step.
[Prepayment Deposit] Typically, after the engineering contract is signed, a 30% deposit of the total project amount is paid immediately. Both parties can negotiate the specific procedure. According to the regulations of the wall manufacturer, 30% of the total project amount should be prepaid first, and then the contractor is required to specify when the construction can be arranged.
Construction Schedule: Construction will be carried out according to customer requirements, with the number of people and days determined. On-site construction will follow the blueprints. In case of any confusion, ask the construction crew immediately, or have the crew consult the designer or customer. Construction will be performed according to their specifications. Since some designs were not considered by both parties, both need to be present during adjustments to ensure there are no disputes and no additional costs incurred by the manufacturer.
【Project Completion】The current stage requires a 50% payment, which has been fully completed. If only minor tasks remain, payment can be requested from the client. Generally, a project is considered complete when the framework is fully assembled, all glass is in place, and only simple installation is needed. The project completion is based on the client's requirements for assembly and installation. For this partitioning project, an 80% payment is due upon completion of the work.
【Project Acceptance】If you are the owner of the property, you will inspect the completion yourself. For rented properties, office buildings, or universities, the property management must conduct the inspection. Once all engineering acceptance procedures are completed, the remaining payment for the project must be remitted to the vendor within the specified time frame. This marks the completion of all procedures for the partitioning project.
