Vermiculite boards are a new type of inorganic material, primarily made from expanded vermiculite and mixed with a certain proportion of inorganic binder. After undergoing a series of processing steps, they are boards that are heat-resistant, fire-retardant, environmentally friendly, insulating, noise-reducing, and free of harmful substances. They do not emit harmful gases to human health even after being heated to 1200°C and have a fire resistance rating of A.

In China, the industry is still in its infancy, with mainly vermiculite raw materials being exported, and finished products rarely used domestically. However, domestic demand has been increasing in recent years. In developed countries like the United States, the UK, and France, vermiculite has been widely used since the 1980s.

Non-flammable, non-melting, and high-temperature resistant; due to the main raw material being expanded vermiculite, the inorganic material lacks carbon elements and is non-combustible. Its melting point ranges from 1370 to 1400°C, with a high operating temperature of 1200°C.

Non-toxic, smokeless, green and environmentally friendly; inorganic materials contain no carbon or sulfur elements, emitting no CO2 or SO2 that affect the atmosphere, and posing no harm to the human body.
