By coating type, segmented into thick coatingsFire-resistant coating for steel structuresOur company offers two types of fire-resistant coatings for thin-walled steel structures, categorized by application into indoor and outdoor versions. These coatings play a crucial role in protecting steel structures from damage during fires. Many of our coatings are environmentally friendly, water-soluble green fire-resistant products. The thick-type fire-resistant coating for steel structures is suitable for fire protection of load-bearing components in various steel structure projects with fire resistance requirements exceeding 2 hours.
Structural fire-resistant coatings are divided into two types: thick and thin, according to the coating type, and into two applications: indoor and outdoor, according to their use. They provide excellent protection for structural steel buildings against fire damage. Many coatings are environmentally friendly and green fire-resistant products, using water as the solvent. Thick structural fire-resistant coatings are suitable for fire protection of load-bearing components in steel structures requiring a fire resistance rating greater than 2 hours. This includes applications in industries such as aerospace, oil, chemical, power, metallurgy, defense, and light and textile industries, as well as for outdoor building load-bearing steel structural components. They are particularly suitable for steel structures at risk of fire involving hydrocarbon chemicals (such as oils, solvents, etc.), like petrochemical projects, garages, oil drilling platforms, and oil storage facility support structures. Application is convenient, with options for spraying, rolling, or brushing. They have strong adhesion to epoxy, alkyd, and phenolic anti-rust primers, ensuring durability. Thick coatings are typically single-component fire-resistant coatings, mixed and used on-site, offering simple operation, quick drying and curing, strong adhesion, high coating strength, and excellent weather resistance. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor steel structure fire protection. Thick coatings can be used for fire protection in structures such as chemical factories, thermal power plants, cinemas, high-rise buildings, and more. Our ultra-thin steel structure fire-resistant coating is suitable for fire protection of load-bearing components in various steel structures requiring fire resistance of over 2 hours. This includes fire protection for load-bearing steel components in outdoor buildings across industries such as aerospace, oil, chemicals, power, metallurgy, defense, and light纺织 industries. It is particularly suitable for steel structures with fire hazards from hydrocarbon chemicals (such as oils, solvents, etc.), like fire protection in petrochemical projects, auto garages, oil drilling platforms, and support frames for oil storage facilities.
Steel Structure Fire Retardant Coating Application Method: Clean the surface of the coated object of oil, dirt, and dust before use. The solid content of the coating is high, so it must be mechanically stirred before use. Brushing, rolling, and spraying are all acceptable methods, and recoating can be done every six hours. The coating thickness should be determined according to the fire prevention specifications, typically 2 to 6 layers. Any remaining coating should be resealed. Notes: Maintenance Temperature: 12℃~32℃, Relative Humidity: 20%~64%.
Ease of Application: Suitable for spray, roll, and brush coating. Strong Adhesion: Excellent adhesion to epoxy, alkyd, and phenolic anti-rust primers, offering durability and strength.
