As buildings with steel structures as the main framework become more prevalent, fire-resistant coatings for steel structures are also widely applied and increasingly recognized and accepted.Fire-resistant coating for steel structuresWhat sets our fire-resistant coatings apart from others?
Fire-resistant coatings for steel structures are specifically applied to buildings with steel as the base material to provide protection. This is also why fire-resistant coatings for steel structures are designed with the characteristics of steel component buildings in mind. They offer excellent performance in terms of adhesion and mechanical strength on steel substrates.
In terms of coating thickness, fire-resistant coatings for steel structures also differ from other coating products. These coatings are categorized by thickness into three types: ultra-thin with a coating thickness of no more than 3mm; thin with a coating thickness between 3mm and 7mm; and thick with a coating thickness exceeding 8mm. Such categorization is not present in other types of fire-resistant coatings. The耐火 time typically ranges from 1 to 3 hours. Our steel structure fire-resistant coatings are in compliance with the "Fire-Resistant Coatings for Steel Structures" standard. They differ from other types of fire-resistant coatings.
