Highway Oil-Water Separator Ponds

The Oil-Water Separator is a newly developed oil-water separation device based on traditional separators, capable of recycling and reusing over 90% of waste oil. The oil content in the effluent from the equipment can meet the third-level standard (100mg/L) of the Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996), and even reach the second-level discharge standard. It effectively protects the environment while significantly reducing operating costs. This product is suitable for oil-water separation of oily water containing various mineral oils (excluding crude oil and emulsified oil), vegetable oils, animal oils, or their mixtures (i.e., it can handle light oil floating on the surface), and can thoroughly resolve environmental pollution issues, as well as the problems of drain blockages and wastewater overflow caused by oil solidification during cold seasons. It is also applicable to the wastewater treatment and discharge for small and medium-sized catering establishments.
