The oil-water separator is a newly developed oil-water separation device based on traditional separators, capable of recycling and reusing over 90% of waste oil. The oil content in the effluent from the equipment can meet the third-level standard (100mg/L) of the Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1996) and even reach the second-level discharge standard, effectively protecting the environment while significantly reducing operating costs. This product is suitable for the oil-water separation of wastewater containing various mineral oils (excluding emulsified oils), vegetable oils, animal oils, or their mixtures (i.e., it can process light oils floating on the surface), and can thoroughly resolve environmental pollution issues, as well as the problem of sewage blockages and overflow caused by oil solidification during cold seasons.
