● Overview:

This product, using water as the medium and various additives, is suitable for sandpaper rolls, sheet sandpaper, disk wheels, sanding belts, and other products. It dries quickly, has strong adhesion, is safe to use, non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-explosive. After curing, it offers good waterproofing, weather resistance, and light retention. The coating is even, has excellent leveling properties, and can be adjusted in softness and hardness to meet customer requirements. It enhances the luster and flatness of the sandpaper after molding, and provides a comfortable feel and resistance to discoloration. It outperforms styrene-butadiene latex in all these aspects.

● Basic Composition:

This product is a ruyue resin, which is a copolymer of acrylic acid and other monomers.

● Packaging and Storage:

1. This product's packaging varies based on the local climate and terrain at the origin. It is available in 200L plastic drums and 50L plastic drums, each weighing 200kg or 50kg net.

2. Allowable net weight tolerance: ±0.5kg

3. Store this product at temperatures between 5-35°C, with an effective shelf life of twelve months. Avoid direct sunlight exposure. Do not store below freezing or at excessively high temperatures.
