Third-generation ceramic perforating agent
The DTHB-TC-03 third-generation new environmental-friendly ceramic abrasive hole-making agent is a special water-resistant and dehydrating wood granule developed and produced by our company. Through a series of processes, the biological molecular chains are broken, preventing expansion when encountering water and avoiding absorbency. This product contains no benzene, formaldehyde, or other toxic substances, distinguishing it from the older generation of walnut shells; dextrin; DMT; and refined naphthalene, among other low-end products. It is a new ceramic hole-making material developed and produced by Qingzhou Datang Environmental Protection Technology after long-term research and development. It replaces toxic hole-making materials such as refined naphthalene, walnut shells, and DMT.

Design Requirements
Fully meets environmental green production standards, free of toxic substances. The third generation is inorganic, waterproof, and has a low expansion coefficient.
2. Combustion temperature around 550 degrees, with vaporization temperature approximately 850 degrees (specifically, see the sintering curve and sintering holding time).
3. The pore diameter formed after the original particle size is bored is over 90% of the original particle size.
4. After firing, the ceramic products feature bright colors and enhanced luster.
5. Materials like DMT, which are toxic and have perforating properties, produce intense black smoke and a strong benzene odor when sintered and ignited. In contrast, the DTHB-TC-03 environmentally friendly ceramic perforating agent burns without smoke or odor.
6. Mohs hardness of 4.5 and above to prevent products from being crushed during ceramic molding, ensuring uniform hole formation.
7. Enhance the high-temperature stability of ceramic products, increase abrasive force, and reduce the degree of sandwheel clogging.
