Diaphragm plates are one of the three main components of diaphragm valves, separating the valve cover from the valve seat and the medium. They are connected to the valve disc via a convenient disassembly method such as a screw, pin, or clip, and actuate against the valve seat through a dynamic actuating mechanism to control fluid flow. Industries such as brewing, milk, beverage, steam production, food processing, sterilization equipment, water supply equipment, and water distribution systems that come into contact with drinking water require a large number of diaphragm valves for fluid control.
