Detailed Description
I. Product Performance Description
Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used for exterior and interior doors in warehouses, garages, factories, and airport terminals.
2. Features include smooth operation, low noise, thermal insulation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Life Span: The normal lifespan of an industrial sliding door is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind pressure resistance: The wind pressure resistance of industrial sliding doors is not less than 750Pa. Special performance can be enhanced upon request.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance meets or exceeds the level 6 as specified in GB/T8484-2002, "Classification and Testing Methods for Insulation Performance of External Windows of Buildings."
6. Open/Close Control: The control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15m/min, with noise less than 65dB. In case of power failure, manual operation is used for opening and closing, with an action force below 100N.
7. Operating Voltage: AC 220V/380V, Power: 0.75 kW/1.5 kW/2.2 kW.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control with a range over 30 meters, equipped with manual buttons as well. The control system operates normally at temperatures between -10℃ and 40℃ and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
Section II: Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: The door consists of a color steel composite door panel, available in two thickness options of 40mm/50mm. The inner and outer steel plate thickness is 0.45mm, filled with high-density polyurethane foam material, protected with a film, and internally reinforced with ribs. It features double-sided strips for a luxurious and generous appearance. Each door panel has evenly spaced grooves on the inner wall to enhance the door's impact resistance.
2. Filling: Intermediate filling with 45kg/m³ of non-fluorinated polyurethane foam material, internally reinforced with steel bands, providing excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, electrical insulation, and soundproofing effects.
3. The surface steel plate junctions are firmly sealed without any gaps, ensuring the overall strength and reliability of the door panel.
4. Edging: The two end surfaces of the door panel are sealed with painted hot-dipped galvanized steel, sturdy and durable, with hinges securely fastened to the edging for added strength.
5. Sealing: Each door is equipped with top, bottom, and sealing strips, and there are also sealing strips at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring an excellent sealing effect.
6. Balance System: The overhead door is balanced by high-tension springs, which have a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn, and different models of torsion springs are selected based on the door size and lifting method. Good torsion springs can effectively balance the door's own weight, allowing the door to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's stress and extending its service life (high-quality torsion springs enable the sliding door to open and close smoothly with minimal pulling force from the motor).
7. External Handle: The door bottom is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle for easy manual opening.
8. Small Door: An optional pedestrian door can be installed in the main door for pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent insulating organic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the frame and the organic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Tracks: Made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plate, with passivation treatment for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, strong, and not prone to deformation; ensures smooth operation of the sliding door along the fixed track.
11. Wheel: Accompanied by steel roller (distinguishing from ordinary plastic roller), sturdy and durable.
12. Guide Rails: To reinforce the door body strength and ensure the installation strength of the sliding door guide rail, prevent rail deformation, and make the door body sturdy and durable; during the installation of large-scale lifting industrial doors, steel auxiliary rails are installed on both sides of the doorway (encasing the rail within the auxiliary rail for fixation). These auxiliary rails are made of cold-rolled steel, which can moderately guarantee the door body's sturdiness.
Section 3: Composition of Safety Protection Devices
Wire Rope Break Prevention and Torsion Spring Break Prevention Device
Anti-fall device; in case of accidental breakage of the torsion spring or wire rope under any circumstances, the anti-breakage safety bracket for the wire rope automatically opens to prevent the door from falling; reaction time of 0.1 second; the door will stop within a range of 10 cm.
2. Safety Protection Device
The door reverses upward upon detection of a person or object passing through during closing, serving as a protective mechanism. Reaction time: 0.1 seconds. The safety device will continue to reverse the door until it reaches the fully open position.
Safety devices comply with EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
