 Quick Accumulation Door Product Technical Description:
1. Door Structure – Crafted from 201# stainless steel with exquisite design, featuring film-laminated brushed finish for a shiny, scratch-resistant, and wear-resistant surface. Material thickness is 1.5mm. The packaging box is made of 201# stainless steel with a thickness of 1.0mm, laser-bent for one-time forming, ensuring durability and strength.
2. Drive Unit - Equipped with a high-speed servo motor for quick doors, power supply 220V, power 2.2 kW/2,200 RPM, encoder; braking system; high-inertia planetary reducer; compact motor with high torque and smooth operation.
3. Electric Control System - Equipped with a dedicated servo control system for rapid doors and an external high-performance upgrade control box, featuring a DSP processing chip core. The system controls the door's opening height by receiving signals from the servo coaxial motor encoder.
The system features an LED display for error codes.
② Turn Protection: If the motor drive wires are connected incorrectly, the controller will report an error directly, and the door body will stop moving.
③ The torque ring, position ring, and speed ring of the dedicated system are all closed.
④ The system features an integrated braking function, allowing the motor to stop in place without the need for external electromagnetic brake pads. This ensures the door body stops precisely at the limit position.
⑤ Memory function after power failure; after manual operation during a power outage, simply power on to reset and resume operation; no further adjustment needed.

B. The door curtain is equipped with a safety airbag at the bottom, which automatically rises to the door opening position when the door encounters resistance during descent, effectively protecting pedestrians and goods from being crushed or injured.
