Garage Door Components:

The stack gate control system consists of PLC control and actuating elements. The rapid door utilizes both automatic and manual electric control methods, which is the prevalent control method for most rapid roller shutters. The rapid roller shutter control system employs PLC as the control center to govern the drive mechanism, thereby automating the door's opening and closing. For ease of maintenance, the stack gate should be operable in both manual and automatic modes. When the signal acquisition device detects a person approaching the door and the door is not open, or detects no one approaching and the door is not closed, the PLC outputs an action signal to control the motor to rotate forward or backward to open or close the door. In case of a person being trapped by the rapid roller shutter, the emergency stop switch can be activated, causing the automatic stack gate to enter the opening process.
Garage Door帘布Material: Generally made of PVC or PVDF film materials, especially PVDF film materials offer better anti-aging properties, are less prone to fading, and have self-cleaning functions, making them ideal for quick roll-up doors. Most are produced in Germany or France. Thickness ranges from 0.8mm to 2.0mm. A 2.0mm thick panel will alter the entire product structure. Available colors include orange, yellow, blue, silver, transparent grid, and black.
Garage door opener motor:

Brake motors are used for rapid rolling doors, requiring quick braking with minimal noise. Most brake motors available on the market either have poor braking performance or excessive noise, making them unsuitable for rapid rolling doors. A gear ratio of 1:10-1:15 is most appropriate. This is a new type of control method that doesn't require the brake to stop the operation, further reducing noise.
Garage Door Operation Process:

The door sensor triggers a signal to the control system, which then sends a command to the variable-frequency drive based on the current position of the quick roll-up door. This initiates the drive motor, causing the curtain to rise rapidly. After vehicles and pedestrians pass through, the curtain automatically descends to close the passage, until the next door opening signal triggers it to open again. As the name implies, the quick roll-up door operates at a very fast speed and cannot be started and stopped directly like a steel roller shutter. Typically, a variable-frequency drive is required to control the motor speed. The faster the rise, the better. When nearly at the top (about 20 cm), a deceleration and cushioning stop process is necessary to prevent collision with the track, to avoid trapping people, to reduce noise, and this is also a standard for evaluating the performance of quick roll-up doors.
