  • On continuous mills, cold-rolled steel strips and galvanized steel strips (electro-galvanized and hot-dip galvanized) are used as the base material. After surface pretreatment (degreasing and chemical treatment), a single or multiple layers of liquid paint are applied by roller coating. The sheets obtained after baking and cooling are known as coated steel sheets. Due to the variety of colors available for the coating, these sheets are commonly referred to as color coated steel sheets. Since the coating is applied before the steel sheet is formed, in foreign countries, it is called pre-coated steel sheet.
    Color coated steel sheets involve applying an organic coating to the surface of steel, offering aesthetic appeal, vibrant colors, high strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and ease of processing and forming. Additionally, they help users reduce costs and minimize pollution.
