Detailed Description
I. Product Performance Description
1. Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used as exterior and interior doors for warehouses, garages, factories, and airport terminals.
2. Features include smooth operation, low noise, thermal insulation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Service Life: The normal service life of industrial sliding doors is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind Resistance: Industrial sliding doors must have a wind resistance value of not less than 750Pa. Special performance requirements can be addressed with reinforced measures.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance not less than Grade 6 as specified in GB/T8484-2002, "Classification and Testing Methods for Insulation Performance of Building External Windows."
6. Closure Control: The closure control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15m/min, with noise less than 65dB. In case of power failure, manual operation is used for opening and closing, with an action force below 100N.
7. Working Voltage: AC 220V/380V, Power: 0.75kW/1.5kW/2.2kW.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control device with an effective range over 30 meters, equipped with manual buttons as well. The control system operates normally under -10℃ to 40℃ temperatures and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
Section II: Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: Composite steel door panel, available in two thicknesses of 40mm/50mm. The inner and outer steel plates are 0.45mm thick, filled with high-density polyurethane foam material, and equipped with protective film. It features built-in reinforcing ribs and double-sided strips, exuding luxury and elegance. Each door panel has evenly spaced grooves on the inner wall to enhance the door's shock resistance.
2. Filling: Internally filled with 45kg/m3 of non-fluorinated polyurethane foam material, reinforced with steel bands for excellent thermal insulation, heat preservation, insulation, and soundproofing effects.
3. The surface steel plate joints are robust and sealed, ensuring the overall strength and reliability of the door panel.
4. Edge Sealing: The two end surfaces of the door panels are sealed with painted hot-dipped steel plates, offering strength and durability. The hinges are securely fastened to the sealing edge, enhancing the stability.
5. Sealing: All doors are equipped with top, bottom, and sealing strips, as well as sealing strips at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring excellent sealing.
6. Balance System: The overhead door is balanced by high-tension springs, with a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn, and different models of torsion springs are selected based on the door size and lifting method. Good torsion springs can effectively balance the door's weight, allowing the door to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's stress and extending its lifespan (high-quality torsion springs enable the sliding door to open and close smoothly with minimal pulling force from the motor).
7. External Handle: The door bottom is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle for easy manual opening.
8. Side door: Optional side door can be set in the main door for pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent insulating acrylic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the window frame and the acrylic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Tracks: Made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plates, passivated for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, with great strength and resistance to deformation; ensures smooth operation along the fixed path of the sliding door on the tracks.
11. Wheel: Accompanied by steel roller (distinguishing from ordinary plastic roller), sturdy and durable.
12. Guide Rails: To reinforce the door body strength and ensure the installation strength of the sliding door guide rails, prevent rail deformation, and make the door body robust and durable; during the installation of large-scale lifting industrial doors, steel auxiliary rails are installed on both sides of the door opening (encasing the rails within the auxiliary rails for fixation). These auxiliary rails are made of cold-rolled steel plates, which can limit the door body's robustness.
III. Composition of Safety Protection Devices
Wire Rope Break Prevention and Torsion Spring Break Prevention Device
Anti-fall device, in any event of accidental breakage of the torsion spring or wire rope, the anti-breakage safety bracket for wire rope automatically opens to prevent the door from falling, with a reaction time of 0.1 second; the door will stop within a range of 10 cm.
2. Safety Protection Device:
If a person or object passes through the door during closure, the safety device detects this and the door reverses upwards for protection. Reaction time is 0.1 seconds. The safety device will continue to reverse the door until it is fully open.
Safety devices meet the requirements of EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
