Detailed Description
I. Product Performance Description
1. Our industrial sliding doors are primarily used for exterior and interior doors in warehouses, garages, factories, and airport docks.
2. Features include smooth operation, low noise, thermal insulation, wind and dust resistance, and corrosion resistance.
3. Life Span: The normal service life of industrial sliding doors is not less than 200,000 cycles.
4. Wind Resistance Performance: The wind resistance of industrial sliding doors is not less than 750Pa. Special performance can be enhanced upon request.
5. Insulation Performance: Insulation performance not less than Grade 6 as specified in GB/T8484-2002 "Classification and Testing Methods for Insulation Performance of External Windows of Buildings."
6. Actuation Control: The actuation control device is sensitive and lightweight. The opening and closing speed is 10-15m/min, with noise below 65dB. In case of power failure, manual operation is used for opening and closing, with an actuating force under 100N.
7. Operating Voltage: AC220V/380V, Power: 0.75kw/1.5kw/2.2kw.
8. Control System Performance: Optional wireless remote control with an effective range over 30 meters. Also equipped with manual buttons, the control system operates normally under -10℃ to 40℃ temperatures and relative humidity ≤ 85%.
Section II: Product Advantages
1. Door Panel: Composite steel door panels available in two thicknesses, 40mm/50mm overall, with 0.45mm steel plate on both sides. Filled with high-density polyurethane foam and equipped with a protective film, the panels feature an inner reinforcing rib and double-sided strips for a luxurious and spacious look. Each panel has evenly spaced grooves on the inner wall to enhance the door's shock resistance.
2. Filling: Filled with 45kg/m3 non-fluoride polyurethane foam in the middle, equipped with reinforced steel bands for enhanced thermal insulation, heat preservation, insulation, and soundproofing.
3. The surface steel plate joints are robust and sealed, ensuring the overall strength and reliability of the door panel.
4. Edge Sealing: The two end surfaces of the door panels are sealed with painted hot-dipped steel plates, offering durability and strength. The hinges are securely fastened to the edge sealing, enhancing the overall stability.
5. Sealing: All doors are equipped with top, bottom, and sealing strips, as well as sealing strips at the junction of the track and door panel, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
6. Balancing System: The scissor gate is balanced by high-strength springs, which have a lifespan of 100,000 cycles. All spring surfaces are electroplated for enhanced corrosion resistance. The torsion spring material is 60SI2Mn. Different models of torsion springs are selected based on the gate size and lifting method. Good torsion springs can limit the gate's own weight, allowing the gate to stop at any position without the motor, reducing the motor's load and extending its service life (high-quality torsion springs require minimal pulling force from the motor for smooth lifting and lowering of the sliding gate).
7. External Handle: The door bottom is equipped with an aesthetically pleasing built-in handle for easy manual door opening.
8. Small Door: An optional pedestrian access door can be installed in the main door to ensure pedestrian safety.
9. Door with Small Window: Double-layer transparent insulating organic glass window, sealed and fixed with double-sided sealing strips between the window frame and the organic glass. Rubber frame (optional).
10. Tracks: All made of hot-dipped galvanized steel plate, with passivation treatment for high corrosion resistance; aesthetically pleasing, strong, and resistant to deformation; ensures smooth operation of the sliding door along the fixed track.
11. Wheel: Equipped with steel roller (distinguishing from standard plastic roller), sturdy and durable.
12. Track Support: To reinforce the door body's strength and ensure the installation strength of the sliding door track, prevent track deformation, and make the door body robust and durable; during the installation of large-scale lifting industrial doors, steel auxiliary tracks are installed on both sides of the door opening (encasing the track within the auxiliary track and securing it), which are made of cold-rolled steel plates, thereby moderately ensuring the door body's strength.
Section 3: Composition of Safety Protection Devices
Wire Rope Break Preventer and Torsion Spring Break Preventer Device
Anti-fall device, in case of accidental breakage of the torsion spring or wire rope under any circumstances, the wire rope breakage prevention safety bracket automatically opens, preventing the door from falling, with a reaction time of 0.1 seconds; the door will stop within a range of 10 cm.
2. Safety Protection Device
If a person or object passes through the door during the closing process, the safety device identifies this and the door bounces upwards for protection. Reaction time is 0.1 seconds. The safety device will cause the door to reverse until it reaches the fully open position.
Safety devices comply with EN 12453:2000 and EN 12445:2000 standards.
