Roller shutters are mainly composed of the door body, the drive unit, and the control system. The door body is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy profiles, hinged with the parallelogram principle for flexible extension and retraction with a large travel range. The drive unit is powered by a special motor with a worm gear reducer, and features a manual clutch for manual operation during power outages. The control system includes a control panel, button switches, and can be equipped with a wireless remote control device upon customer request. It can also be fitted with a scrolling display screen capable of showing 500 characters of content. Additionally, it can be equipped with an intelligent infrared dual-probe collision avoidance device that automatically reverses within 20-30 cm upon detecting a person or foreign object, ensuring safety for vehicles and pedestrians.
