Panels and supporting bases are molded into one piece at a time. The supporting base is in a cross-hatched pattern, with the top surface reinforced by arched ribs that intersect. The bottom and top surfaces are nested together to form a single unit, reinforced with screws for added stability. It is designed for forklift access in all four directions, making it suitable for stacking and shelving. For ease of transportation, the top and bottom can be separated for shipment, saving space and transportation costs.
