IMD Molding Machine Equipment Configuration Selection
1. Quick Oil Cylinder: Combines the advantages of pneumatic and standard hydraulic cylinders, offering high speed and sufficient pressure with adjustable pressure. Common output range is 20-60T, optional. Can be set for a quick to slow transition in a single stroke, enabling two-speed operation. Recommended for use in medium to large home appliance panel control boards.
2. Pneumatic: The speed of pneumatic equipment is its advantage. Common output options range from 5-15T. Suitable for electronic and digital small accessories, offering high production efficiency.
3. Standard hydraulic cylinders: Pressure and speed to meet the technical requirements of IMD/IML process stretching. Pressure adjustable. Output options commonly available from 5-20T. Suitable for side edge stretching of products and for surface control panels of small to medium-sized household appliances.
4. Advanced Configuration: Touchscreen operation with PLC control system, motor-driven heating plate. Molding pressure holding time, heating time, and heating temperature are digitally adjustable via the touchscreen and can be numbered and recorded for long-term technical parameter storage. Simply enter the number to retrieve production parameters, facilitating production management.
Standard Configuration: Button operation, intuitive functions. Offers high cost-performance ratio compared to similar specifications.

IMD/IML Hot Stamping Molding Machine
1. D/E denotes the difference in equipment configuration, while A/B/C signifies the main cylinder power differences in working pressure. The configuration is based on the mold and production requirements, with a consistent appearance of a four-column enclosed style.
2. The three-board, four-column structure features high parallel precision, effectively extending mold lifespan and ensuring product stability.
3. The four posts are made of high-strength alloy steel, with a hard coating for excellent wear resistance.
4. The machine can be used for both molding and cutting by simply changing the mold.
5. Carbon fiber heating tubes, quick to heat up, evenly distributed heat, stable temperature, and easy-to-use on/off switch for energy-efficient and environmentally friendly heating. Enclosed housing with safety light curtain for high safety factor.
6. The equipment's body is equipped with foot cups below, facilitating the leveling of the body with the ground.
