Scope of Application


This series of hydraulic presses is widely applicable for punching, embossing, shaping, riveting, bending, cutting, and stretching various materials, as well as for assembling and installing small parts. It is a versatile stamping machine featuring an advanced parent-child cylinder fluid circuit, excelling in noise, speed, and power consumption.

2. This CNC hydraulic press machine can achieve: When the various parts are placed in the fixture position and inspection position, proximity switches are used for detection.

3. Product Force Displacement Monitoring: Conduct force displacement detection during the product press-fitting process

4. The hydraulic press can store and output data, enabling the direct saving and output of force displacement detection data generated during the product press-fitting process, as well as network communication.

5. The hydraulic press output can be customized to meet customer requirements.


Equipment precision


The overall force measurement accuracy of the equipment is 0.05% of full scale, with a small display unit of 1N; (measured directly using a force sensor)

2. The displacement sensor features a small display unit of 0.01MM and a large error of ±0.015% of the full scale. The repeated positioning accuracy is within ±0.05 MM.

3. The system samples the force sensor's AD at a rate of 2000 times per second.

4. Oversize Inspection (compare upper and lower limits with force set at 5 preset positions)

5. Plot the force-displacement curve with the X-axis representing displacement and the Y-axis representing force.

6. The press data can be saved in Excel format.

7. Stores 20 sets of configuration parameters, 8 different device actions.

8. Parallel accuracy between the top and bottom workbench surfaces is within 0.10MM.

9. Upon assembly of the rack with the worktop, the rigidity at the equipment opening is not less than 200 KN/MM.

10. Equipment operates continuously for 24 hours without temperature rise exceeding 20°C. When the ambient temperature reaches 40°C, the oil temperature will not exceed 65°C.
