The钢丝网骨架塑料复合管 is a newly improved type of steel-reinforced plastic composite pipe, also known as SRTP pipe. This innovative pipeline is made from high-strength, over-plasticized steel wire mesh skeletons and thermoplastic polyethylene (PE). The steel wire缠绕 serves as the reinforcing frame for the PE pipe, with high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as the base material. The wire skeleton is securely bonded to both the inner and outer layers of HDPE using a high-performance HDPE modified bonding resin, resulting in excellent composite properties. Due to the high-strength steel reinforcement being encapsulated within a continuous thermoplastic sheath, this composite pipe overcomes the individual drawbacks of steel and plastic pipes while retaining their respective advantages.
Our steel wire mesh reinforced plastic composite pipes are crafted with selected materials and precise production techniques, resulting in enhanced pressure resistance. These composite pipes also boast excellent flexibility, making them ideal for long-distance buried water and gas pipeline systems. The fittings used for our polyethylene reinforced steel wire mesh composite pipes are polyethylene electric fusion fittings. During connection, the internal heating element of the fitting melts the outer plastic layer of the pipe material with the inner plastic layer of the fitting, securely joining the pipe and fitting.
