The Cangzhou Jingxing Open Elevator utilizes buckets installed between two chains for material transportation. The buckets are freely movable and maintain balance under the influence of gravity, enabling both horizontal and vertical material conveyance. Primarily used for the transportation of granular or powdered materials such as seeds, grains, food, and industrial raw materials.
Due to its unique design principle and structure, it can achieve the conveying of materials in Z, C, and T shapes, and allows for multi-point feeding at the bottom horizontal section and multi-point unloading at the top horizontal section.
The machine is equipped with a torque limiter, which will protect the machine from damage and automatically shut down in the event of an unexpected malfunction during operation.
The self-locking mechanism automatically locks the machine during shutdown, preventing any overturning due to material in the bucket. It also safeguards against accidental electrical errors that could damage the equipment.
