The black masterbatch for blowing film is made from special carbon black, utilizing ultra-fine dispersion and special surface treatment techniques, processed through an automatic continuous密炼machine. It boasts excellent dispersion, heat resistance, migration resistance, and superior electrical properties, widely applicable as a black masterbatch in the blowing film, cast film, and coating processes for PP and PE.

1. Free of low-grade lubricants, non-segregating, and does not affect corona treatment.

2. High liquidity and dispersion to prevent coking of the hot runner at high temperatures.

3. High-temperature resistance, excellent migration resistance, and ensures the film surface remains black and bright.
