    Details Introduction

    Landscape Water Treatment Methods 1. Characteristics and Issues of Landscape Water Quality Generally, the pollution in landscape water has many unique characteristics, significantly different from domestic wastewater, swimming pool water, etc. For instance, common artificial lakes in landscape water are mostly completely enclosed, non-natural lakes with extremely low self-purification capabilities. Moreover, due to water source limitations, the primary source of water replenishment for artificial lakes is often recycled water, which is far from meeting the quality standards required for landscape water. This leads to severe overtones of nitrogen, total nitrogen, and total phosphorus, further exacerbating water pollution. The main pollution sources for typical enclosed, stagnant water lakes can be categorized into the following aspects: 1) Organic matter and nitrogen-phosphorus nutrients from surrounding surface and soil brought by rainfall runoff (referred to as "surface source pollution" in the industry); 2) External organic matter and nitrogen-phosphorus nutrients brought by dust; 3) Organic matter accumulated from the continuous development of the biological community within the lake. For artificial lakes, it is anticipated that there will be three types of pollution with different characteristics: 1) Eutrophication caused by an excess of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, manifesting as the lake turning green, with an abundance of cyanobacteria and algal blooms; 2) Organic pollution caused by an overabundance of organic pollutants, characterized by murky water, oxygen depletion, discoloration, and an unpleasant odor; 3) Impurity pollution caused by an excess of particulate matter, such as dust and leaves, leading to an abundance of impurities in the water, low transparency, and an impact on aesthetics. Each type of pollution can lead to the deterioration of water quality and the direct destruction of the landscape. Therefore, targeted treatment measures must be taken for all three types of pollution to comprehensively protect the water in artificial lakes from damage. The challenge in treating landscape water is the large volume of water involved; there are numerous artificial lakes containing tens of thousands of tons of water. In urban parks and landscape waterways, the volume can be several hundred thousand tons or even more. If the methods used for wastewater or swimming pool water treatment are copied, the cost of treating one ton of water is generally over $300, which means treating 10,000 tons would cost over $3 million. This cost is prohibitive for landscape water treatment. Therefore, for landscape water treatment, it is necessary to not only solve the technical challenges but also significantly reduce treatment costs, making it a difficult task. It is for this reason that landscape water treatment has become a global challenge. Year-round water change is not required, and the water is crystal clear, visible to the bottom!

    Landscape Fish Pond Biological Purification Process
    Prior to construction, prepare one fish pond with a group of power supply, and fish ponds 4 to 5 with 5 groups of power supply for separate management.
    Drain, clean, the water from the landscape fish pond;
    3. Install a recirculating pipe at the bottom of the pond to maintain water flow beneath the surface, ensuring the entire pond's water circulates to create oxygen-rich, lively water.
    4. Our bio-sand has been soaked and cultivated for half a month, then laid at the bottom of the landscape fish pond, forming a biological filtration bed.
    5. Laying barrier mesh
    6. Cover the surface with river pebbles or cobblestones to create an alternative biofilter, providing koi with a natural ecological environment. Notably, some koi have the habit of "grazing" on the surface.
    7. Connect the water pump, adjust the water flow direction to create a circulating water system, and connect the water pump's wiring.
    8. Connect power supply.
    9. Install biofilter equipment (active)
    10. Add our company's developed eco-liquid (virgin eco-liquid, eco-base formulation, eco-purification liquid)
    11. Observe stability before placing the fish in the pool, completed.

    The landscape pond biological filtration system of Changzhou Hongbo Environmental Protection Engineering Co., Ltd. mainly consists of a circulation pipeline, submersible pump, biological sand, and ecological liquid, forming a biological purification and physical filtration system. The circulation pipeline and pump facilitate the circulation of water and increase oxygen levels; the biologically treated and soaked sand breaks down and oxidizes, absorbing sunlight to inhibit algae and moss, while eliminating substances that degrade water quality, maintaining the water's clarity.
