Utilization and Maintenance
Equipment maintenance should adhere to the principle of "prevention first," aiming to eliminate equipment failures in their nascent stages. The primary tasks include preventing loose fittings and abnormal wear, and supervising operators to use the equipment correctly according to the operational guidelines.
To prevent equipment accidents, extend the lifespan and maintenance intervals of equipment, ensure the safe operation of equipment, and provide equipment in a state conducive to production.
Equipment Operation Process:
1、Employees check equipment before starting work, and then turn on the main power once everything is in order.
2、Staff directs vehicle operations and can also work with the hydraulic unloading machine using a remote control, PLC, or manually.
3、Once the vehicles are in place, the hydraulic unloading machine's wheel lifting and the unloading platform's lifting are controlled through three methods to complete unloading. After unloading, the unloading platform is lowered using the same three methods. Once the wheel stop is lowered, the vehicle exits, and the next one continues.
During use and maintenance, the following points should be adhered to:
The company strictly adheres to the operational procedures of the equipment and operates it normally.
In daily operations, it is crucial to regularly inspect the loose parts and protective devices of equipment, and make timely adjustments if any issues are found.
3. Conduct a thorough equipment inspection before starting the vehicle, beginning with the essential maintenance areas and then checking the lubrication status of the lubricated parts. If loose connecting bolts are found, tighten them immediately and investigate the cause.
Regularly inspect the wear on the crankshafts of all hydraulic cylinders and promptly maintain or replace as needed.
5. Regularly inspect the fastening condition of the main shaft housing screws. Address any issues promptly.
6. After each shift, the equipment and work areas are to be wiped clean and swept to maintain cleanliness, free of grease and dirt.
Regularly remove equipment rust and apply anti-corrosion paint to extend the life of the equipment.
Regularly inspect the welds at each equipment joint, and take immediate action upon discovering any cracking.
