Equipment Introduction:
Material enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge drum through the feed tube, where it is filtered through a filter cloth under the force of centrifugal force. The liquid phase is discharged through the outlet pipe, while the solid phase is retained in the drum. When the set amount is reached, the feeding is stopped, and the filter cake is washed. Simultaneously, the washing liquid is filtered out. After achieving the separation requirements, the speed is reduced, and the material is discharged. Most of the material is discharged out of the drum through the holes at the bottom of the centrifuge drum due to the action of a scraper. The remaining filter cake layer can be cleared by the back-and-forth shaking of the automatic bagging discharge device inside the centrifuge.

5. Protection Devices: Over-vibration protection, over-current protection, overload protection, material full control, lid protection, speed monitoring, nitrogen protection, interlock protection, etc., for machine operation;
6. Automated Human-Machine Interface Control: PLC, touch screen, variable-frequency drive, energy-saving brake, etc. The machine can be designed with corresponding working programs according to process requirements and will automatically run according to the set programs.
Typical Applications:
Primarily used for solid-liquid separation of suspensions containing various solid particles, also suitable for separating solid-liquid mixtures of fibrous materials. Especially effective for separating materials with high viscosity, fine particle size, toxicity, flammability, and explosiveness, such as antibiotics, pharmaceutical intermediates, salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, sugar production, chemical flavorings, sulfuric acid, gypsum, sodium nitrate, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, pigments, resins, pesticides, and other chemical raw materials. Additionally, it is used in the solid-liquid separation of new energy lithium battery ternary precursors, as well as in the mining, metallurgy, and environmental protection industries.
