The Filter Washing and Drying Machine is a vertical vessel made of stainless steel, comprising components such as storage tanks, mixing equipment, shaft-end sealing equipment, lifting systems, hydraulic units, tank bases (solid or removable), heating systems, transmission devices, filtering equipment, unloading equipment, manual control systems, hydraulic pump stations, main electrical control cabinets, and other electrical accessories, achieving an integration of machinery, electricity, and instrumentation.
The Filter-Wash-Dry machine, also known as a three-in-one multi-functional unit for filtration, washing, and drying, is widely used in industries such as chemicals and food for solid-liquid separation, solid washing, solid drying, and solid discharge. It allows for a closed-loop continuous operation throughout the process and is the preferred filtration, washing, and drying equipment in these fields.
The filtering, washing, and drying processes are all carried out continuously within the same container in the filtration washing and drying machine.
1. Filter
Operated under vacuum or pressurized conditions, it achieves solid-liquid separation with neat filter cakes and excellent separation performance.
2. Clean-up
The lid of the enclosure is equipped with a detergent inlet, where the filter cake and cleaning fluid are mixed by adjusting the agitator blades for thorough cleaning of the material. The container is fitted with an automatic rotating spray system, ensuring the even distribution of cleaning fluid within the container, enabling efficient internal cleaning.
3. Filtrate Cake Level
The reverse rotation of the agitator blades smooths out the gaps on the filter cake surface, preventing the cleaning solvent from short-circuiting along the gaps.
4. Reverse Blowing
Based on anti-blowback equipment, minimize the occurrence of filter screen clogging due to pressure filtration.
5. Dry
The filter cake is gradually loosened by the impeller blades, and the heating device of the equipment uniformly heats the filter cake, accelerating evaporation to achieve the drying purpose.
6. Unloading
After drying is completed, the agitator blades begin to rotate forward, loosening and propelling the material out of the equipment's discharge port automatically.
