The Filter Washing and Drying Machine, also known as a three-in-one multi-functional unit for filtration, washing, and drying, is widely used in solid-liquid separation, solid washing, solid drying, and solid unloading in the chemical and food industries. It allows for a fully enclosed continuous operation process, making it the preferred filtration, washing, and drying equipment in these fields.
The filter-washing-drying machine performs the entire process of filtration, washing, and drying in a continuous operation within the same container.
1. Over-Pay
Operated under vacuum or pressurized conditions, it achieves solid-liquid separation with neatly arranged filter cakes and excellent solid-liquid separation efficiency.
2. Cleanup
The lid of the container is equipped with a liquid import for cleaning agents, which are then mixed with the filter cake by adjusting the agitator blades to ensure thorough washing of the material. The container is fitted with an automatic spray rinse system, evenly distributing the cleaning agent throughout the container for internal cleaning.
3. Filter Cake Level
The backward rotation of the impeller blades smooths out the gaps on the surface of the filter cake, preventing the cleaning solvent from short-circuiting through the gaps.
4. Reverse Blowing
Based on the anti-blowback device, to prevent filter screen clogging due to prolonged pressure filtration.
5. Dry
The filter cake is gradually loosened by the impeller blades, and the heating device of the equipment uniformly heats the filter cake, accelerating evaporation to achieve the drying purpose.
6. Unloading
Once the drying is complete, the agitator blades start rotating in the forward direction, loosening and propelling the material out through the automatic discharge spout on the side of the equipment.
