User Notice:

1. In cases where certain units lack a maintenance team, after we have installed and debugged the fire pump and control cabinet, the user should have a basic understanding of simple maintenance.

After pipeline installation, it is essential to clean the pipeline promptly and regularly, removing impurities and debris, to ensure the pipeline remains clear. This also helps prevent杂质 from entering the pump chamber, which can damage the mechanical seals and flow components.

Prior to equipment operation, the vent valve on the machine cover seal must be opened to exhaust air from the pump cavity and fill it with liquid, preventing the pump from not suctioning water or mechanical seal damage due to dry friction.

Before equipment operation, check the opening status of the inlet and outlet pipelines. Ensure the inlet valve is fully open and monitor the motor current. Keep the current within the rated current when adjusting the outlet valve opening.

During pump debugging, if the motor current is heavily overloaded, re-check whether the system's head matches the pump's head. If the system's head is significantly lower than the pump's provided head, it will lead to high flow rates, which are prone to cause motor overload. In this case, consider cutting the impeller or selecting a new pump.

During the downtime of the equipment, the pump should be started regularly (once a month, for at least 10 minutes each time) to ensure the pump does not seize due to rust during the downtime.

Application and Working Conditions:

Vertical clear water pumps are suitable for various applications such as domestic water supply systems, air conditioning systems, and fire protection systems. They are categorized into single-stage pumps and multi-stage pumps based on their structural types. The medium transported is clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to water, with a maximum temperature of no more than 110°C.

The pump system operates at a pressure of ≤1.6 Mpa, which means the sum of the pump's suction pressure and head does not exceed 1.6 Mpa. The static test pressure of the pump is 2.4 Mpa.

Structural Description:

1) Sealing Systems: Pumps are equipped with mechanical seals, with different types of mechanical seals (unbalanced and balanced) selected for various pipeline pressures. Replacing the mechanical seals is highly inconvenient, which enhances the reliability of pump operation; the friction pairs use WC-WC, and users can propose different friction pair materials based on the conveyed medium.

2) Transmission: Driven by a rigid coupling, the pump ensures concentricity between the motor shaft and the pump shaft, guaranteeing smooth and reliable operation.

Mechanical seals are cooled and dissipate heat through an auto-circulation system powered by the pump's own pressure, ensuring normal operation of the mechanical seals.

4) Overflow Components: The pump housing and impeller are designed using hydraulic models, featuring high efficiency and energy-saving characteristics.

When it's time to replace the mechanical seal, simply open the coupling, no need to disassemble the motor or pipelines, and the replacement can be performed.

6) Other: The pump is equipped with an air vent, pressure gauge hole, and drain hole, ensuring normal start-up, operation monitoring, and maintenance.
