LFTSP301 Tunnel Advanced Forecasting System Principle
Seismic waves propagate within the surrounding rock, and upon encountering a fault, changes in the elastic modulus characteristics of the rock mass will generate reflection signals. The LFTSP301 determines the spatial location of the fault by evaluating the received signals.
LFTSP301 Tunnelling Advanced Forecasting System Features
Whether it's a shield TBM or a boring shield TBM, the LFTSP301 provides a long-distance advanced geological forecast up to 200 meters ahead of the face for all conventional tunnel excavation, meeting daily operational needs.
- Detect hazardous fault zones and caves; - Forecast aquifer layers.
- Monitor changes in rock mechanical properties; - No need to occupy the face.
LFTSP301:
• Spatial Resolution: 1 - 5 m; • Positioning Accuracy: 1 - 5% of target distance
• Measurement Time: <1.5h; • On-site Processing Time: <3h
