The FGMD-4/5 High-Density Resistivity Imaging System is a new generation geophysical instrument that integrates AC induced polarization and DC induced polarization methods, combining mature DC electrical method (time domain) theory with cutting-edge electronics technology. It utilizes 32-bit AD high-precision, high-speed oversampling recording technology, modern digital signal processing technology, real-time operating system technology for WIN (win7/win10), and large-scale field-programmable gate array logic technology. Figure 1 displays the complete LFGMD-R2IR3 High-Density Resistivity Imaging System, including the R2NR3 multi-functional DC electrical method main unit, WIN three-proof main control system, X-10, X-60 cascade electrode converter, high-density and coated wire cables, and metal electrodes. The system uses the R2NR3 multi-functional DC electrical method as the measurement and control host (hereinafter referred to as the R2/R3 host), and through the selection of different multi-channel electrode converters such as X-10, X-GO, and corresponding equipment, it achieves two-dimensional and three-dimensional general high-density resistivity measurements.
