The Turbine Oil De-Watering Filter is designed to purify turbine oils (steam turbine oils) and low-viscosity circulating lubricating oils for power, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgical, mining, railway, shipping, and machinery processing industries. It primarily targets contaminated oils by removing water, gases, acidity value, asphaltene, mechanical impurities, and solid particles. It resolves issues caused by shaft seal leakage, steam seal gas leakage, leakage in the cooler, poor water removal effect in oil purification units, leading to rust on various components, loss of speed control, and dirty oil failing to function effectively. In addition to de-watering, emulsification-breaking, and purification filtering, it can also be connected in series with the generator set for online operation, periodically removing all kinds of solid substances and mechanical impurities that affect the normal operation of the generator set's pipes and equipment.
