Turbine Oil Filtration Machine

The turbine oil filter separator, in addition to its de-watering, demulsifying, and purification filtering functions, can also be connected in series with a power generation set for online operation. It regularly clears various solid particles and mechanical impurities affecting the normal operation of the power generation set and its pipelines and equipment. The turbine oil (turbine oil for power plants) processed by the oil purifier meets the standard GB/T7596-2000 for turbine oil quality during power plant operation. Effect

The precision filtration system of the turbine oil degasser features multi-stage filtering with increasing density and high dirt-holding capacity. It effectively removes impurities from the oil and is equipped with an automatic filter element contamination detection function. The automatic constant-temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system, and excellent configuration ensure high-performance operation of the equipment. Online oil filtration can be operated unattended, with the operating status indicated by indicator lights.
