1. Filtration System:

First and second stage filters are made of stainless steel, reusable. The precision filter is made of special material.

How to Clean a Filter Cartridge:

Each filter element is equipped with a pressure gauge. When the pressure exceeds 0.4 Mpa, the overpressure controller will protect the machine. As the pressure rises, the machine will automatically shut down. At this point, you need to clean the filter (unscrew the bolt, remove the filter, then clean it with diesel or kerosene, and after cleaning, you can dry the filter with an air compressor.)

If the pressure exceeds 0.4 Mpa, even after cleaning the filter, it means a filter replacement is required.

2. Heating System:

The heating system includes heaters, temperature controllers, and protection systems. Multiple heaters can be used individually or in tandem. The temperature controller can only be activated when both the temperature controller and vacuum pump are running simultaneously. This not only ensures the safe operation of the heater but also prevents oil aging. It also allows for real-time monitoring of the heater's temperature, ensuring the equipment operates within the set temperature range. The heater will automatically stop heating when the temperature exceeds the set limit.

3. Vacuum System:

The vacuum system consists of a vacuum separator, vacuum pump, Roots blower, condenser, cooler, etc., capable of removing water and moisture.
