The Chongqing lubricating oil filtration equipment is designed based on the principle of different boiling points between water and oil. It consists of a vacuum heating tank, fine filter, condenser, preliminary filter, water tank, vacuum pump, oil discharge pump, and electrical control cabinet. The vacuum pump evacuates the air inside the vacuum tank to create a vacuum. Under the force of atmospheric pressure, external oil enters the preliminary filter through an inlet pipe, removing larger particles, and then moves into the heating tank. The heated oil, at a temperature of 40~75°C, passes through an automatic oil float valve, which automatically controls the balance of oil inflow and outflow into the vacuum tank. The heated oil is then rapidly separated into a semi-foggy state by the fast rotation of a spray wing. The moisture in the oil rapidly evaporates into steam and is continuously drawn into the condenser by the vacuum pump. The steam entering the condenser is cooled and returned as water, which is then released. The oil inside the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump, where it is filtered through oil filter paper or a filter core to remove particulate impurities. This completes the vacuum oil filtration process of quickly removing impurities, moisture, and gases from the oil, allowing clean oil to be discharged from the machine.
During operation, the insulating oil to be filtered enters the strong magnetic filter (filtration accuracy 80µ) under the vacuum suction, removing large particle impurities, then it is heated in a heater (20º-80º). The heated oil, transformed into a coarse mist by a spray device, enters a three-dimensional vacuum flash tower, where water vapor begins to evaporate. The oil mist falls onto the three-dimensional flash tower's Boer ring, forming a very thin oil film (thickness of 0.025mm). The oil film moves downward, creating a large aeration area and a prolonged aeration time, thereby achieving a thorough emulsification, dehydration, and degassing separation process. The mixed gases of evaporated water vapor and light hydrocarbons enter the water-gas separator, with the settled water discharged directly. The water vapor and non-condensable gases enter the vacuum buffer chamber, where the cooled water is discharged directly, and the non-condensable gases are expelled through a vacuum pump. The oil product, after dehydration and degassing, is filtered through a secondary filter (filtration accuracy 15µ) and a tertiary filter (filtration accuracy 5µ) under the action of an oil pump, removing extremely fine mechanical impurities, completing a working cycle. Additionally, the equipment can perform vacuum extraction on other devices through the vacuum suction interface.
