TY Series Turbine Oil Vacuum Filtration Machine

Usage:

The TY series turbine oil vacuum filter is designed for purifying turbine oil (steam turbine oil) and low-viscosity circulating lubricating oil for generator sets. It is suitable for industries such as power, chemical, petrochemical, metallurgy, mining, rail, shipping, and machinery processing. It primarily targets the removal of water, gases, acid value, resins, mechanical impurities, and solid particles from contaminated oils. It resolves issues such as rusting of components, failure of speed control, and the inability of oil to function effectively due to contamination, which are caused by factors like loose shaft seals, steam leaks in steam seals, leaks in coolers, and poor water-removal efficiency in oil purification devices.

The TY series turbine oil vacuum filter is used for dehydration, demulsification, and purification filtering. In addition, it can be connected in series with a power generation set for online operation, regularly removing various solid particles and mechanical impurities that affect the normal operation of the oil in the power generation set lines and equipment. The turbine oil (steam turbine oil) processed by the clean oil machine meets the quality standard for steam turbine oil during power plant operation, GB/T7596-2000. The appearance is clear and transparent.
