The working principle is as follows: The oil to be purified enters the coarse filter through the inlet under the action of the external atmospheric pressure, with large particles being filtered out. The oil containing fine particles is then heated by the heater and enters the vacuum degassing tank. Under the extremely low vacuum pressure and the action of the degassing elements, the gases in the oil burst through the oil film and are separated, with moisture evaporating rapidly. Subsequently, it is removed by the vacuum system. The oil is then pumped by the oil discharge pump into a high-precision filter to remove fine particles, completing the entire purification process.
