The new TY-20 turbine oil vacuum filter features optimized heating with increased power, a novel and lightweight design. It also includes an extra buffer space for impurities at the bottom of the vacuum tank, enhancing the protection for the oil pump. The enhanced hydrophobic and oleophilic technology alters the oil-water interface. It combines the benefits of gravity separation, vaporization, coalescence, and vacuum separation. Its strong impurity removal capability, with large surface area and deep-layer precision filter materials, can remove fine particles from the oil. The dehydration and degassing system utilizes three-dimensional evaporation technology and multi-level oil-water separation, quickly separating moisture and gases from the oil. The precise filtration system features multi-stage filtering with increasing density, allowing for a large capacity of impurities. It effectively removes impurities from the oil and is equipped with an automatic core contamination detection function. The automatic constant-temperature control system, automatic liquid level control system, automatic pressure protection system, and excellent configuration ensure high-performance operation. The online oil filtering can be operated unattended, with the operational status indicated by indicator lights.
