Toner powder and imaging component cleaners have a tendency to generate dust, so they should be cleaned up with brushes or brooms, and collected in waste toner containers. When using a vacuum cleaner to remove any remaining toner, please use our company's standard vacuum cleaner, which is rated for toner resistance. Do not use the customer's own vacuum cleaner. Additionally, for copier rental companies, the imaging components also contain toner and should be cleaned in the same manner as the toner.
To ensure the safety of the operator, the following precautions should be observed when in use. If the use requires the wearing of gloves/goggles, etc., for safety reasons, protective equipment must be worn as required. Pay close attention to indoor ventilation to avoid excessive inhalation. Do not use while heating. Keep away from fire sources. Wash hands after use.
When using modified equipment, an application for the use of the modification permit should be submitted in advance.
Under normal circumstances, copying or scanning the original does not expose customers or technicians to harmful light. However, if the customer finds the exposure from the copying or scanning glass to be dazzling, they can cover the areas outside the original copy range on the commonly used copying glass during copying or scanning to block the light emitted from the glass.

UI Cole (PL 1.1), ESS PWB (PL 18.2), 016-395 Conversion Dictionary Error refers to BSD: -Indicates that when using the keyboard for multilingual input, access to the file system is unavailable due to damaged dictionary data. Cause / Solution: 1. Press and hold the power button, contact a copy machine rental company, and turn off the power. Press the power button again to restart.
Install new F/W. Refer to BSD: 016-404 Certificate DB Error - Indicates an error accessing the certificate database. Reason/Action: Invalid certificate database. Initialize certificate database and security settings, and restore printing. Initialize multifunctional machine.
017-972 FAX Controller Error refers to BSD: -Indicates an error in deleting FlashROM image data. Reason/Action: Press the [OK] button or [Close] button, contact the copier printer rental company, or restore after the time set in Fault Timeout. 1. Turn off/turn on the power. 2. Installed F/W.
If not repairable, replace the following parts in sequence.
