They are made with different types of epoxy, furan, and phenolic resins as binders, consisting of a corrosion-resistant inner lining with high resin content, a leakage prevention layer, a fiber-wrapped reinforcing layer, and an outer protective layer, selected based on the medium (storage or transportation) used.

Mechanical winding fiberglass containers can adjust the physical and chemical properties of the products to meet the needs of different media and working conditions by changing the resin system or using different reinforcing materials. This ability to adjust through structural layer thickness, winding angle, and wall thickness design is a significant feature of fiber-wound composite materials.

Glass fiber reinforced plastic tanks are widely applicable in industries such as oil, chemical, textile, dyeing and printing, electricity, transportation, food brewing, artificial synthesis, water supply and drainage, seawater desalination, and irrigation. They can store various corrosive media and are resistant to a variety of acids, bases, salts, and organic solvents. Suitable for storing and transporting products like hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, alcoholic beverages, hydrogen peroxide, and wastewater. They can also serve as underground oil tanks, insulated storage tanks, and transport tankers.
