The screw conveyor is suitable for conveying bulk materials in industries such as chemical, metallurgical, papermaking, and construction, including materials like cement, coal powder, carbon black, soda ash flour, grain, and pulp. Due to its mobility and ability to continuously convey materials in horizontal, inclined, or vertical positions, it is particularly well-suited for field operations such as concrete mixing stations and bulk material storage and transfer. Its advancedness and superiority are particularly evident in such scenarios.
Features:
1. The LX series screw conveyors are not fixed in place on aircraft. They consist of a drive motor, reducer box, housing tube, and spiral elements connected sequentially to form an integrated unit.
2. The shaft end and helical spring are connected using involute spline (or rectangular spline), making it easy to assemble and disassemble, with high load-bearing capacity and safety reliability.
3. The conveyor housing is assembled by connecting steel pipes with flanges, resulting in a rigid structure. This allows for flexible selection of working positions and orientations, as well as easy disassembly and relocation.
4. Inlet and outlet openings can be made with the required tilt angles based on the work site conditions, and are designed for connection and fixation with other auxiliary equipment.
5. The machine's spiral blades are made of an integral connection with disc-shaped steel strips, featuring high precision spiral surfaces and accurate internal and external diameter spiral pitch dimensions for excellent conveying conditions. (If single-piece welded blades are used, they must meet the above requirements.)

It can continuously convey materials in these states, especially when inclined or vertical, as it can be directly connected and fixed to its matching equipment without the need for a foundation, making optimal use of space.
