The linear sifter (linear vibration sifter) uses a vibration motor as the vibration source, causing the material to be thrown up on the sieve mesh while moving forward in a straight line. The material enters the feeding port of the separator uniformly from the feeder, passing through multiple layers of screens to produce various sizes of overflow and undersize material, which are discharged separately through their respective outlets. It features low energy consumption, high output, simple structure, easy maintenance, a fully enclosed design with no dust spillage, and automatic discharge, making it more suitable for assembly line operations.

Application Range

Screening and grading of powdery and granular materials, widely used in industries such as coal, hydropower, mining, building materials, chemicals, plastics, abrasives, pharmaceuticals, grains, carbon, and chemical fertilizers.

Operating Principle

The vibration screen operates by two motors rotating synchronously in opposite directions, generating a reverse vibration force. This forces the sieve body to move longitudinally, propelling the material over the sieve surface periodically with a forward throwing range due to the vibration force, thereby completing the material separation process.

The linear vibrating screen is driven by a twin vibration motor. When the two vibration motors rotate synchronously and in opposite directions, the excitation forces generated by their eccentric blocks cancel each other out in the direction parallel to the motor shaft, and combine into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor shaft. This results in a straight-line trajectory for the screen. The shafts of the two motors are inclined relative to the screen surface. Under the combined action of the excitation force and the gravitational force of the material, the material is thrown and jumps forward in a straight line across the screen surface, thereby achieving the purpose of screening and grading. Suitable for dry, free-flowing powder materials with particle sizes between 0.074-5mm, moisture content less than 70%, and no viscosity. The feed particle size should not exceed 10mm.
