Features of BJ Series Inclined Ball Mill Mixing Equipment
The grinding drum is inclined at a 34° angle to the horizontal line, lined with polyurethane rubber, offering strong wear resistance and smooth operation. It ensures material purity and can use polyurethane composite balls as grinding media. This facilitates rapid and uniform mixing of various powdered materials. The drum is shaped into an octagonal design, altering the movement of materials and grinding media inside compared to a standard cylindrical ball mill, thereby enhancing the efficiency of grinding and mixing. In terms of design, considerations for easy loading and unloading have been made, with the drum position elevated relatively. An operation platform with ribbed steel plates and a ladder are also provided.
Note: Stainless steel sifting machines can also be provided according to customer requirements. These machines feature a fully enclosed, quick sifting design, which can rapidly separate powder material from abrasive media. They are easy to use and prevent dust from escaping.
