Working Principle:
By utilizing the principle of unequal lengths of the two cylindrical drums in the mixer, creating an asymmetric design, as the mixer rotates, materials are decomposed and then recombined, and vice versa, promoting lateral exchange of materials. With each rotation, the lateral force causes some materials to flow from one drum to the other, resulting in a radial and lateral mixing of materials. This continuous decomposition and recombination process ensures a uniform mixing effect.
Advantages of the V-Type Blending Machine:
When mixing materials with good fluidity and similar physical properties, a better mixing effect can be achieved.
Disadvantages include:
When there is a significant difference in physical properties between mixed powder materials, ideal mixing is generally not achievable; energy consumption is greatly increased; there is a higher degree of interparticle impact and friction, which can easily alter the fundamental characteristics of the powder components, such as: particle size reduction and changes in particle shape.
