For welding-type positioning, before and after the purchase of the machine, based on the foundation drawing provided by the manufacturer, pour the foundation by placing six 20cm x 20cm carbon steel plates, which have been leveled with a level ruler, into the foundation. The ball mill then moves the machine to the pre-prepared foundation, where the machine's base can be directly welded to the six square iron plates poured into the foundation.

Welding the entire setup to a metal frame is a common practice. Our company does this, making installation unnecessary for the user, offering great convenience.

1. After the ball mill is installed, it is first cleaned, degreased, and wiped with anti-rust oil. Check all lubrication points and inject lubricating oil (grease).

2. Before driving, check the tension of the drive belt and adjust the bolt to position the motor appropriately.

Check for loose fasteners, steam pipe leaks, and the safety of electrical and appliance equipment.

4. Prior to the trial run, ensure the kneading machine room is thoroughly cleaned, then perform a 10-15 minute no-load operation to confirm the machine is operating normally before commencing production. Typically, new machine gears (including the reducer) produce more noise during the initial use, which naturally diminishes after some磨合.

When using steam heating, a safety valve and pressure gauge should be installed at the entrance of the pipeline, and the steam pressure must not exceed the pressure requirement for the mixer as indicated on the label.

6. Minimize the use of reverse during slurry mixing.

7. Regular oiling of all lubrication points is required.

Section 8: There should be no raw material leakage in the panel sealing department.

9. Ensure the belt tension is appropriate; perform regular checks, adjustments, or replacements as needed.

10. Steam pipelines must not leak; valves should be closed when machinery is shut down, and the reliability of the safety valve pressure gauge must be ensured.
