Ball Mill Blender

Equipment Features: Requires extended mixing for even distribution, simple design, and easy operation.

The working principle: A ball mill is a widely used crushing equipment, but it can also be used for powder mixing. It is equipped with a sealed rotating drum containing a large number of porcelain or steel balls. As the drum rotates, the raw materials collide and grind against the drum wall, achieving the purpose of refining or mixing materials. When using a ball mill for material mixing, it is advisable to minimize its crushing action. Therefore, the number of porcelain balls should be fewer, generally around 5-10% of the drum volume, and the diameter of the balls should not exceed 40mm.

Twin-Axial Blade Blender

Suited for blending with liquid resin molding materials.

Features: Uniform mixing, loose mixed material, good molding property, easy discharge, minimal waste, high production efficiency; however, high heat generation during mixing and rapid wear of the auger and pot body.

The working principle involves two S-shaped blades rotating at different speeds (the speed ratio is typically close to 1:2) in opposite directions, which mix the molding material. Hence, it is also known as a "Double-Axis S-Type Blender."

Rolling Blender

Ideal for mixing with liquid resin molding materials.

Equipment Features: Mixing is even, but time-consuming, low efficiency, uneven discharge, with more residue in hard-to-reach areas, and difficult to clean.

The working principle involves a mixing mechanism consisting of a millstone and one or two mill wheels. The millstone is driven by an electric motor, which, under the force of friction, rotates the mill wheels and crushes the material. The mixture is loosened through the use of a scraper and manual shoveling with small shovels, ensuring a uniform blending of the material.

The Counter-Flow Roller Mixer is a device that incorporates iron roller wheels onto a Counter-Flow Mixer, combining the functions of both a counter-flow and roller mill. It is used for mixing liquid or powdered resin molding materials.
