The efficiency of the horizontal screw blade mixer largely depends on the manufacturing precision of the equipment itself, while the physical properties of the raw materials also affect the mixing time. The outer wall cavity of the mixer's chamber is heated and warmed by resistance heating. Then, the raw materials measured according to the formula are added to the mixing chamber. As the mixing slurry rotates within the chamber, due to friction on the blade surface and the ejection from the blade tips, the raw materials near the slurry rotate along with it. This creates continuous wall impacts on the raw materials. When the wall impacts rise to a certain height along the inner wall of the mixing chamber, the gravity of the raw materials causes them to fall back to the middle of the chamber, where they are then ejected by the rotating blades, repeating the original motion. The regular rotation flow pattern of the material扰乱s its movement direction; then, due to the mixing movement of several materials, friction and pushing occur between the materials, generating a certain degree of friction heat. Additionally, sometimes the mixing of raw materials also requires external heating of the mixing chamber, so due to the combined influence of these conditions, the various mixed materials within the mixing chamber are blended uniformly.
